Hi, I'm Tom Eckmann and I'd like to welcome you to my blog for new Interpreneurs. I have more than 30 years of experience working with startup, early-stage and growth companies. I've worked with dozens of companies as a business consultant, held executive positions in two public companies, and started and sold several companies of my own. Now I share the lessons I've learned with other entrepreneurs, particularly those starting a business for the first time. I help them develop business plans, create funding strategies, and implement programs to accelerate growth and profitability. Many of my clients are technology companies but most are not. The common thread is their use of the Internet to reach customers and streamline business processes.
